For NVRD, Savvy Congress delivered a fully set up, secure, and user-friendly digital voting solution within two weeks. The reason was an urgent meeting with voting, held entirely online via Microsoft Teams.

When NVRD reached out, there was little time, with only two weeks before the meeting. Savvy Congress created a customised voting environment in NVRD’s corporate style, including all the content they wanted, combined with our standard information structure. The email and SMS messages were also fully designed in their style.

The participant list (provided by NVRD) was entered into our system. Participants then automatically received an SMS and email invitation at pre-agreed times, containing all required login details and meeting information.

On the day of the meeting, a Savvy specialist was ready to follow the Teams session live, ensuring the vote could be opened at exactly the right moment. For direct communication between NVRD and Savvy, a WhatsApp group was used, enabling questions or changes to be coordinated instantly.

In addition, one day before the meeting, a pre-voting option was arranged for a participant who could not attend the live session. The vote was opened for a specific time window and was exclusively accessible to that person.

With tight deadlines, clear communication, and robust technical support, Savvy Congress ensured that NVRD could carry out an important decision-making moment smoothly and securely, even in a fully online and time-critical context.
