For the Together for Sustainability (TfS) Initiative—a global network focused on sustainable supply chains—Savvy Congress delivers a dependable digital voting solution to support their internal governance processes. Our collaboration began in November last year, when TfS required a quick and secure voting solution during a last-minute online MS Teams meeting. Despite the short notice, the vote was executed smoothly, offering a strong first impression of our platform’s reliability and ease of use. This initial experience laid the foundation for a broader partnership and highlighted the value of a simple, transparent voting process—even under time pressure.

For the upcoming June vote, Savvy Congress is expanding its support to include a closed registration process, ensuring that only invited participants gain access to the meeting and voting environment. This additional layer of control safeguards the integrity of the voting process and gives TfS complete controle over who is allowed to register.

To ensure everything runs flawlessly, we provide both on-site and remote support. One Savvy specialist will be physically present at the hybrid meeting to oversee operations and assist with any in-person questions. Simultaneously, a second team member remains online to monitor the digital voting environment and offer immediate backup where needed. This dual approach allows for real-time troubleshooting and peace of mind, regardless of how or where participants join.
