• Contact details will be deleted 15 days after the event
• A data processing agreement will be closed between parties
• Our system is hosted on EU servers

Confidential information is often shared during meetings and events. The Savvy team has an extensive experience with facilitating private meetings. Both the team and the platform are fully prepared to treat information confidentially.

• Encryption is used for data storage and connection
• Both parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Document sharing before and during the meeting is secured

The two factor authentication is an additional safety measure that is taken to prevent identity fraud and to ensure that only invited participants are able to access the event. To be able to log in, participants need two separate authentication methods:

• An e-mail with the link to our secured platform
• A text message with a unique code that allows the participant to log in to the platform
• Specific safety requirements can be incorporated into the system
