Savvy’s summer spectacle: A season of transformation and team spirit

As summer winds down, we at Savvy are taking a moment to reflect on the season’s achievements and prepare for the busy months ahead. This summer has been a whirlwind of activity, marked by significant updates and team-bonding moments that highlight our commitment to both innovation and camaraderie.

Our warehouse has undergone a major revamp, ensuring we’re well-equipped and organized for the coming demands. We’ve also been busy with various in-house projects that are set to propel us forward as we transition into the next season. One of the highlights was giving our solar panels a thorough cleaning, which optimizes their performance to maximize energy efficiency. It’s just one of the many ways we’re striving to enhance our sustainability efforts.

On the fun side of things, our annual BBQ and pub quiz was a resounding success—though I must defend myself against accusations of rigging! 😉 Despite the playful controversies, this year’s winner took home a unique 3D-printed trophy, crafted right here in-house. This trophy is not just a prize but a testament to our team’s creativity and technical prowess.

Our team members enjoyed their summer vacations across an impressive array of destinations, from Scotland to Turkey and beyond. Even while working, we embraced the sunny weather with ice cream breaks and scenic walks, striking a balance between productivity and enjoyment.
